Appointing an ARLA licensed agent gives you peace of mind

It’s always a good idea to use an ARLA licenced agent whether you’re a tenant or a landlord. Using an ARLA agent will automatically sign you up to the Property Ombudsman Scheme. This means in the rare case that something goes wrong or if you’ve been treated unfairly, the Property Ombudsman can investigate your case and even award you up to £25,000 compensation.

We are also part of the NFOPP Client Money Protection scheme and all deposits are lodged with a government authorised scheme. Not only are we professional, we’re safe.
