Holding Deposit:

One week’s rent (a draft copy the Tenancy Agreement will be e-mailed for your records prior to making this payment)


Five weeks’ rent (on all Tenancy Agreements up to £4166.66pcm), Six weeks rent (on all Tenancy Agreements from £4166.66pcm to £8333.33pcm)

DURING THE TENANCY (payable to Lumley Estates)

Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 4% above the Bank of England base rate

Payment of £15 plus VAT (£18 Inc. VAT) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices

Payment of any unpaid rent or other reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy

We charge:

8% Let only (9.6% Inc VAT) based on gross annual rental.

5% Management (6% Inc VAT) by monthly commission.

6% Renewals (7.2% Inc VAT) based on gross annual rental.

3% Rent Collection (3.6% Inc VAT) by monthly commission.
